You can order from Basics.bg at any time. You will be notified by e-mail for receiving, confirming and sending your order. At any time you can check the status of your order in your profile in Basics.bg.
Payments can be made only through Cash on Delivery.

The final amount of money is a collection of all the individual products you have ordered, plus the delivery price.

Delivery
Deliveries are made from two to seven working days. In case of a delay, you will be notified by phone or e-mail!
If you wish to make a delivery outside Bulgaria, please contact us.
Product Return
You can return the purchased merchandise in 14 days. Contact us at our contact page. All packages must be sent back to our address (Econt Express, Sofia, Gorubliane, for Basics Wear at customers' expense.
Damaged, wrorn, washed and soiled products will not be accepted.
